UK & Ireland
We at Robinson Goldsmiths would like to offer FREE postage to our UK and Ireland customers for spends over £100.
UK and Northern Ireland items are dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
If you place your order before 12noon you item/s is guaranteed to be delivered the next day anytime up to 1pm. (Royal Mail can sometimes be delayed, this is out of our control)
Royal Mail will make 1 attempt to deliver your parcel. They’ll leave a calling card to let you know how to collect.
A signature is required at the point of delivery for all orders. We are not responsible for signed for items if Royal Mail list them as delivered.
For in stock items, orders placed Tuesday - Saturday may not be processed until the next working day.
Robinson Goldsmiths are closed Sunday & Monday, orders placed during this time will not be processed until the next working day.
If your item/s is/are returned to us by the postal service due to non collection or incorrect delivery address depending on your item you may not be refunded in full.
WE DO NOT SEND TO PO BOX'S DUE TO A SIGNATURE BEING REQUIRED ON DELIVERY.
When free shipping is offered, Robinson Goldsmiths hold the right to remove this offer at any stage, this will not affect any orders already placed.
EU Delivery
All EU delivery's are currently sent with Royal mail International Tracked and Signed for service.
Tracking and Signature items are processed in a separate network while they’re in the UK. Royal Mail provide proof of posting and compensation up to £250 as standard to protect valuable items against loss or damage.
If you require a higher value of insurance please contact us to arrange delivery.
(This service may change depending on the outcome of Brexit and another courier may be set in place without notice)
Non EU & Rest Of The World
If you are shopping from outside of the EU please contact us to ensure we deliver to your country or if there are any extra charges. Extra charges our at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion due to courier charges.
We cannot post any items to Australia, jewellery is currently listed as a prohibited item.
We will contact you should any issues arise with your order. We will hold your order and try to contact you with email or telephone number supplied before posting to you.

If you are local you now have the option to collect from our shop, please be aware of our opening hours and we are not open on Sunday or Monday. (Due to restrictions our shop isn't open, we will be in touch with your collection time once it has been prepaired)

Where Is My Order?
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that your package is delivered to you, errors do happen, should you fail to receive your package you should contact us within 14 days from the date after the day of dispatch.
Please note that once your item is posted by us we have no control over weather, strikes or other delays, please take this into account before you order from us.
National Holidays will effect our postal services.
I Think My Parcel Is Missing.
If you have tracked your item With Royal Mail track and trace and the information has not been updated in 24 hours please contact us immediately.
Should you parcel go astray with any postal service, a search will be conducted. In this case we have to wait for the appropriate postal service to locate your parcel. Your refund will only be completed after they have confirmed that it is missing. During this time your parcel could arrive at anytime. We can not process a refund until we are given authorisation from the postal service that your parcel is definitely missing.
My Parcel Is Damaged.
You should not refuse delivery, but should contact us the sender immediately.
Customs Charges
Will be paid by you the purchaser.
Returns
Commission, made to order items or items with personalisation are non-returnable including items that we are instructed to alter by you the customer and engraved items.
Due to gold market instability all gold prices can change without notice.
Only once a 50% of the total payment is made the price is fixed.
CAD charges are non refundable. If you decided not to proceed after the CAD is completed, all stones will be returned to you (stones will be loose).
Any Changes to the design can be made at CAD stage, once agreement has been made to proceed we can not change the design.

Due to the handmade nature of all of our items some items can appear different in colour or size which is approximated and this is stated under each item. You can return unworn items to us within 30 days. In this case items must remain unworn and in original box with original receipt. Refunds are at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
You must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: enquiries@robinsongoldsmiths.com
All designer items purchased are covered by our 30 day warranty for manufacturing faults, this does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
Commissioned precious items purchased are covered by our 6 months warranty for manufacturing faults, this does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.
If your item needs repaired/sized outside of this time, there will be a repair charge at your own cost.
Here at Robinson Goldsmiths most of our jewellery comes in boxed packaging and is parceled up to protect your items but in the rare occasion that your items are damaged in transit you will need to supply pictures of damaged items in the state you received, this will need to be reviewed by Royal Mail at their discretion.

If you are considering returning an item please contact us for your unique Goods Return Number (GRN) within 14 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: enquiries@robinsongoldsmiths.com
Please include your order number and address in the email.
You have another 14 days to return the goods from receiving goods return number. Parcels that have elapsed this time frame may be eligible for an exchange instead, but this is at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion. Please retain your receipt for postal refund.
We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge (unless faulty), in some cases a administration fee will also be deducted, this is also at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion. You will be required to pay for any international customs duties and sales taxes and in the situation of returns you will also be required to pay these charges.
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
Robinson Goldsmiths reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, for whatever reason, and without liability for doing so, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Reserved Items
Reserved items require a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Items reserved will expire after 3 months, Robinson Goldsmiths have the right after this time to void the transaction, keep the deposit and return the item to stock.
Sale Items
Robinson Goldsmiths do not except returns on SALE goods (unless there is a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase).
Please note some SALE items do not come with complete packaging.
