Jewellery Repairs

Our professional team of goldsmiths work with the most up to date technology to insure our work is of a very high standard. All of our repair work is conducted by hand and finished by hand. We guarantee our repairs for 30 days*, this does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. We recommend that your jewellery is clean and checked at least once a year.

We do as much work as we can in store but in some cases your jewellery will be sent off site to our professional jewellery workshop partner.

*Rhodium plating duration is not guaranteed due to how often and how the items are worn.
