Can my ring be resized?

Whether a ring can be resized or not depends on a number of factors including the material, the current thickness of the band, whether there is a stone setting and the change in size required.

If the thickness of the band is thin or the ring has had prior work we may recommend setting a piece into it so as to expand the size that way.

How long will it take my ring to be resized?

Resizing is done in-house by one of our expert jewellers and is usually ready to be returned within 2-3 weeks. If you require your ring to be returned more quickly we can prioritise the work with our Express service.

How much does it cost to have my ring resized?

Contact us using the form provided for a free quote. We charge flat fees for our resizing services however to give you an accurate quote we'll need to know the work required and have more information regarding the ring in question.

If you purchased your ring with us we will resize it once for free within the first three months of the date of purchase.
