A signature is required at the point of delivery for all orders. Should there be no one to accept delivery of the parcel it will be sent back to your local Royal Mail post office and you will be left a card detailing when to pick up. If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us. Should you then require the parcel to be redelivered; a delivery charge will be incurred.
WE DO NOT SEND TO PO BOX'S DUE TO A SIGNATURE BEING REQUIRED ON DELIVERY.

UK and Ireland orders are sent FREE via 1st class recorded delivery from Royal Mail.

UK Express Special Delivery
Express delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery there is a charge; this means your order is guaranteed to be delivered the next day anytime up to 1pm, and requires a signature on delivery.
As we use a varied amount of couriers this means we cannot provide a guaranteed or certain delivery time outside of the UK & Ireland, nor can we offer compensation for delays or missing Track & Trace information.
At our discretion we may use other courier services, in the event of industrial action at Royal Mail. When free shipping is offered, we hold the right to remove this offer at any stage, this will not affect any orders already placed.
Where Is My Order?
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that your package is delivered to you, errors do happen, should you fail to receive your package you should contact us within 14 days from the date after the day of dispatch.
Please note that once your item is posted by us we have no control over weather, strikes or other Royal Mail delays, please take this into account before you order from us.

Commission, made to order items or items with personalisation are non-returnable including items that we are instructed to alter by you the customer and engraved items.

Due to the handmade nature of all of our items some items can appear different in colour or size which is approximated and this is stated under each item. You can return unworn items to us within 30 days. In this case items must remain unworn and in original box with original receipt. Refunds are at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
You must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
All of our items purchased are covered by our 30 day warranty for manufacturing faults, this does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Here at Robinson Goldsmiths most of our jewellery comes in boxed packaging and is parceled up to protect your items but in the rare occasion that your items are damaged in transit you will need to supply pictures of damaged items in the state you received, this will need to be reviewed by Royal Mail at their discretion.

If you are considering returning an item please contact us for your unique Goods Return Number (GRN) within 14 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: email@example.com
You have another 14 days to return the goods from receiving goods return number. Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted or refunded and returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge (unless faulty), in some cases a administration fee will also be deducted, this is also at Robinson Goldsmiths discretion. You will be required to pay for any international customs duties and sales taxes and in the situation of returns you will also be required to pay these charges.
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
Robinson Goldsmiths reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, for whatever reason, and without liability for doing so, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Robinson Goldsmiths do not except returns on SALE goods (unless there is a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase).
Please note some SALE items do not come with complete packaging.
