Returns Policy

Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalised items are non-returnable.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty it can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch.

You must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing: enquiries@robinsongoldsmiths.com

Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted.

Goods must be returned in their original box with the receipt.

We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.

You cannot return goods without first obtaining a Goods Return Number . We reserve the right to refuse / return unidentified returns to the sender.

We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.

 

 

SALE GOODS

Robinson Goldsmiths do not except returns on SALE goods. ONLY Exchanges or credit notes offered and must be accompanied by presentation of receipt or gift receipt.

Any SALE orders under £100 value will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For.

Please note some SALE items do not come with complete packaging.
